As part of our sustainable development approach, we use rigorously selected products from quality producers who respect the seasons, highlighting local produce, know-how and French culinary heritage, for events made in Hauts de France. A strong partnership with Secours Populaire enables us to fight food waste by taking back our uneaten perishable products for redistribution. As an added bonus, for zero-plastic receptions, we work with natural or reusable materials and are committed to working with the Alchemists to transform our food waste into bio-compost.
