Le Singe Savant is a cooperative, independent micro-brewery founded in 2016, located in Lille's Moulins district.
We are committed to brewing creative and innovative recipes, made as much as possible with organic and local raw materials. We favor short circuits and try to reduce our waste as much as possible.
There's also a bar and store just 100 metres from the brewery, and a home-brewing workshop.
