Brasserie du Singe Savant

Le Singe savant is a cooperative urban microbrewery in the heart of Lille's Moulins district. We brew on our own 800-liter digital brewing system, which we pamper with every recipe we think up in our monkey brains. Beyond the brewing aspect, we make it a point of honor to work as much as possible with organic raw materials, favor short circuits and try to reduce our waste as much as possible.
Our range is made up of permanent and exploratory recipes. The latter, ephemeral, are limited brews...
