Located in the heart of Euralille, France's 3rd largest business district, ShaKe Event is a contemporary event venue ideally positioned just a 10-minute walk from Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations. A unique venue combining design, flexibility and high-quality facilities, it is housed in a building with a wide range of activities, including restaurants, a crèche, a hotel, coworking spaces and head offices A complete ecosystem that enriches the experience of your guests and employees.
With a main reception area of 269 m², ShaKe Event can accommodate up to 280 people in a variety of configurations: conference, auditorium, banquet, cocktail or central stage. The space features first-rate integrated technical equipment: 33 m² LED wall, large-format video projector, full sound system, adaptable mood lighting and dedicated control room. An 86 m² reception area, a catering office and a checkroom complete the ensemble. The venue is also fully furnished with chairs, tables, reception desks and catering desks.
In addition to this equipment, each project can be tailored to suit your needs: plants, decoration, signage, printing... all elements that can enrich and personalize your event. A dedicated stage manager ensures the follow-up and coordination of each project, from conception to D-day.
