A solution designed for operational teams
Founded in 2016 by Quitterie Mathelin-Moreaux and Emmanuelle Fauchier-Magnan, Skello has come up with a solution that is transforming the day-to-day lives of professionals in the hotel, restaurant, retail, leisure, healthcare and industrial sectors. Its mobile, intuitive SaaS platform has been designed to meet the realities of local commerce – often ignored by conventional HR tools.
Our solution is aimed at teams working in the field. What has really changed with Skello is that everyone has access via their smartphone to a simple tool for managing their own schedules and those of their teams. Easy and intuitive, but without ever leaving them on their own – because behind the tool, there’s a whole team to train and support them.
The Skello platform centralises all operational HR management: schedules, working hours, regulatory compliance, export to payroll, etc. and now includes an artificial intelligence module that anticipates needs based on the weather or activity history, for example. And the results speak for themselves: according to an internal survey of 250 customers carried out in October 2025, using Skello saves each customer an average of 40 hours per month per site. That’s a significant saving! With 400 employees, 20,000 customers and over 600,000 users, Skello is now a key player in HR for operational staff at the point of sale. As part of this growth dynamic, the opening of an office in Lille seemed a natural next step – strategic, ambitious… and resolutely international.
Skello in Lille: an obvious strategic move
Already serving 2,000 customers in the Hauts-de-France region, including references such as La Chicorée, Les Merveilleux de Fred and the Couvent des Minimes, it had become essential for Skello to establish a local presence. In addition to its proximity to customers, Lille and its metropolitan area offer decisive advantages: a breeding ground for schools and talent, a solid local culture, and a central position from which to expand into Belgium and Luxembourg – not to mention easy connections with Paris to encourage internal synergies. The Lille offices were opened before the summer of 2025. The company already has 25 employees there, and growth is only just beginning, with the ambition of building a team of 100 people by the end of 2026, by recruiting a wide range of profiles – sales people, trainers, customer support managers, and soon developers for the Belgian market. A team capable of covering the entire customer cycle, from sales development to operational support.
Above all, we’re looking for personalities. Non-linear career paths have their place at Skello. What counts is desire, curiosity and a commitment to our values.
