The HELLO LILLE Attractiveness Agency has been tasked by the European Metropolis of Lille with rolling out the region’s attractiveness strategy and promoting the Hello Lille brand.

This Internet Portal is published by the association Agence d’attractivité HELLO LILLE, represented by its President, located at 87 boulevard de la liberté – Lille.

Any problem or malfunction affecting the Internet Portal must be submitted to the Agence d’attractivité HELLO LILLE association, which is responsible for the technical and operational management of this Site.

Processing of personal data and right of access, modification and deletion:

The personal data collected on the site results from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when an electronic message is sent. E-mail addresses collected in this way are only used to send the information requested.
The HELLO LILLE Attractiveness Agency keeps e-mail addresses confidential for a period of 13 months.
The e-mail addresses collected will not be transferred to third parties or processed by the Hello Lille association.
The sole purpose of traffic data is to analyse the number of visitors to the information pages in order to improve their content. Data relating to visitor browsing is not used to identify individual visitors. Aggregated statistics are used to identify the most and least popular pages, preferred paths, activity levels by day of the week and by time of day, the main client or server errors, etc.

The secrecy of correspondence transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed. Users are therefore solely responsible for the content of their correspondence.

In accordance with article 34 of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

In 2006, the CNIL abolished the specific declaration requirement for websites. Purely institutional, non-commercial showcase sites are exempt from declaration, provided that they comply with exemption no. 7.

In order to respond to your requests for administrative documents, the Agence d’attractivité Hello Lille association has appointed a contact person who can be reached at contact@hellolille.eu.

Legal provisions

The various elements of the website (form, layout, content, structure, etc.) are protected by design rights, copyright, trademark rights and image rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part without the express permission of the Agence d’attractivité Hello Lille association.

Any person not complying with the applicable legal provisions is guilty of the offence of counterfeiting and is liable to the penal sanctions provided for by law.

Establishment of links to the site

The Agence d’attractivité Hello Lille authorises the creation of a hypertext link to its site for all Internet sites, excluding those disseminating information of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature or which may, to a greater extent, offend the sensibilities of the general public.

The link must lead to the site’s home page and the site must appear in a new window.

Under no circumstances may the pages of the site be integrated into the pages of another site (Frame).

Unless specific authorisation is granted on a case-by-case basis, a direct link to an internal page of the site is prohibited.
